For the quarter ended Feb. 2, 2020, net sales were $72 million, down 6.8% from $77.2 million the prior year, with mattress fabrics sales down 7.4%, upholstery fabrics sales down 5.7%, and home accessories sales down 11%. Rather than coronavirus, the company cited greater-than-expected impacts from holiday shutdowns in China and Haiti, and continued softness in the market.
