Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") affirmed Mavenir Systems, Inc.'s (Mavenir or the Company) B2 Corporate Family Rating, and all other ratings including the B2-PD Probability of Default rating (PDR) and B2 senior secured credit facility rating. Despite some uncertainty given market dynamics and uneven operating performance, we expect the company to largely achieve its sales targets and benefit from a less burdensome cost structure with a rise in operating leverage and restructuring initiatives.
