Due to the ongoing public-health crisis caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, recommendations of health officials regarding large in-person gatherings, and the importance of safeguarding the health and well-being of all YETI stakeholders, the Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format via live webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/YETI2020, rather than in person. Shares of Yeti Holdings Inc. sank 3.7% in morning trading Thursday, after the maker of outdoor products such as coolers and drinkware announced that pricing of its secondary stock offering, which was more than 3% below the previous session's closing price. The company said before Thursday's open that it was offering about 6.1 million shares, or 7% of the shares outstanding, for sale by certain selling shareholders. Yeti said after the open that the offering priced at $32.65 a share, or 3.3% below Wednesday's close of $33.75. The stock has lost 6.5% year to date, while the S&P 500 has declined 5.8%.
