(Zayo Parent) following its leveraged buyout acquisition (LBO transaction) by EQT Infrastructure IV (EQT) and Digital Colony Acquisitions, LLC (Digital Colony). Moody's has assigned B1 ratings to Zayo Parent's first lien credit facilities, including the revolver and USD and Eurodollar term loans, and first lien secured notes, and a Caa1 rating to its senior unsecured notes.
